Hey guys, it's me again! Well, today I learned how to make myself look like clay! Well, not really myself, but you guys get the gist of it. It's a really cool website called Claymation. You get to make avatars out of clay. Here's a picture of it:

That does NOT look anything like me, but i like it xD.

This is a game I created using this website. It has the subjects in it, but be warned! There are random words mixed in! There is 8 levels! The 7th has the biggest word.

Google Stuff

Hey guys! It's me again! xD Well, i've got some stuff to tell you guys about some stuff we learned about Google i class. Well, we learned about Google offers. What that's about is where you can buy stuff on sale.

Another google product is the Google Earth. It lets you travel anywhere in the world, using actual pictures! The bad thing about this is that Google needs to update the program. It's almost 3 years old. A lot happens in three years...

 

This is a picture on Google Earth in Atwood. This is currently Mojo Espresso, a new coffee shop that just opened one and a half years ago.

Google Jobs

Hey guys! 'tis me again. :) I'm gonna tell you about some google jobs they have to offer and the requirements.
One job that I'd be interested in is the Associate Facilities Technician. They perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, assist with system replacement and commissioning, monitor critical data center equipment, and they also report technical issues to supervisors. The requirements for this job is to have an associate’s degree, trade school certification, or two years experience in a relevant technical field, and the ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The location of this job is in Council Bluffs, IA.

Google Drive

Google Drive, a.k.a. google docs, is an excellent way to make documents with other people. Instead of you having to save the document and then waiting for your partner to edit it, they can make changes, right on the page! No more waiting. It does lag though, so be patient. But another amazing thing about this is that you can download this on your iPad, so you can work on it anywhere. You can't upload pictures on the iPad, or get all of the documents, but it works anywhere, so you don't have to work on it at school.

Animated text

Hey guys! I wanted to update you on what I learned in class today!
We visited two sites today: Flashvotex and Glowtext.
Flashvotext is an animated text generator! It obviously animates your text!

Glowtext is another text generator that i personally like better. It looks better to me.

Google Fun

Hey, guys and gals! There's some stuff you can do with google that's actually fun! I'll tell you about a few.
One of the cool gadgets is that you can change the google logo into something else:

Another funny one is when searching for Chuck Norris on google:

Yet another fun trick you can do with google is to type in: "Do a barrel roll" in the search bar.

Firefox add-ons

Hi there! It's me again, just telling you the new stuff I've got planned for you! I've got add-ons to deliver to you! :) What they are are special things for your convienence and pleasure. I've got some add-ons that are games, but most of them are very useful, at wasting your time, mostly when you're bored ^_^. the first one I've got lined up for you is the awesome facts add-on. Everytime you open up a new tab, it displays a random fact:

 

The second one I've got is the graphing calculator. It lets you input up to 5 different equations and also graphs them:

 

The third add-on I've been able to find is the facebook messenger. It let's you talk to your friends on facebook, but without leaving the window. It show to the right of your current window.

The next one I found is the photoshop tool. It lets you photoshop pics from the internet. We are using photoshop in Photo Imaging to mess with different picture we take around the school.

Another one i've had the honor of finding is the Start Free Games add-on. It let's you play a lot of the older games that you grew up as a child. I was jumping up and down with joy when I found this one:

 

Another add-on I found was the google translator. It lets you translate different languages into others:

The last add-on I found was the most boring one, but I like it. It is called Nyan Cat. It counts the seconds you've been on the page:

Hey, do you get bored with the same old same old with the background? Well, now you can change your background! :) All you have to do is go to the website of your choice, i chose The Cutest Blog On The Block, then you get to pick your favorite! i picked a halloween-themed background because my favorite holiday is in the month i was born in, October.

Personas for Firefox

Hey there! Just an update: I can now add personas! :) What is a persona? It's just a fun way to personalize Firefox. What is firefox? Firefox is just another browser, but is the only browser that can support this on apple devices.
My persona is called Ice_Lady_in_Red:

If you sign up for this you can save your persona, so if you want this one and "wear" it, but want a different one, you can keep this one and still use the different one.

Blogging on the IPad

This post is from my iPad. I downloaded the Blogger App. This app lets me log into my blogger account from my iPad, so I can keep everyone updated at home now too! This app is very user friendly, if you can navigate on the iPad fairly easily, and the web version is very user friendly, it's just slightly annoying when everything opens in a new window. Personally though, I prefer the web version over the app, only because I'm more familiar with the web version. But I hope that changes. :)

Hi guys! This post will tell you about the amazing symbaloo website. This website is a social bookmarking website that uses icons to go to the site of your choosing. For example, if you have an icon of my favorite gaming website, Runescape, and you click the icon, it will redirect your browser to Runescape. The benefits of using this site is that you can use this anywhere you have internet.

Blogger Gadgets

This post will be about the gadgets I have, which are located at the bottom of this page. I found a school success tip gadget, for all you adults out there that has kids. It allows you to see some tips which should help your child excel at school. Next, i found a stress relief gadget, which describes how to beat that ever-depressing stress! I also could find a gadget for those of the world who have seen and loved the Harry Potter series. It describes the quidditch rules and a little info about the game. Then i found a humor quotes gadget which allows you to view some humorous jokes, just to brighten up your work day. Lastly, I found another gadget about the Harry Potter movies and books. This tells about the many spells used throughout the books and the movies and it also tells what the spell does. I hope that you'll find some or all of my gadgets useful. Good luck! :)

Blog Stats

This post will be about what kind of stats I have on my blog.  The number of people who viewed my blog as of January 14, 2013 is 4. I didn't have any people look at my blog as of January 13.  The number of people who viewed my blog last month was a staggering 73.
I had 52 people out of 73 view my blog using a Macintosh computer, 18 people using a Windows computer, and 3 people who viewed my blog were using a Linux computer. Out of all the people who viewed my blog, they were all from these great States. I hope this helped :)
